Account Executive
Description

Wonderlic Inc. is the recognized leader in development, delivery, and support of educational and employment assessments, retention and survey solutions.  Wonderlic is actively recruiting Sales professionals for an Account Executive (AE) position within our Education Solutions (WES) division.
 
AEs play a critical role in achieving WES initiatives, especially as we proactively leverage our content, consulting, and technology. AEs are responsible for initiating and maintaining high-satisfaction relationships with both existing and new Wonderlic clients. Major responsibilities as an AE include:
  • Proactively contact existing and potential clients to identify needs and present solutions and capabilities as appropriate.
  • Generate new business opportunities from new and existing clients through heavy telephone based conversations and presentations.
  • Provide first level sales and sales support; professionally and accurately present Wonderlic solutions to all WES clients.
  • Help execute our sales strategy and contribute to the success and long-term satisfaction of our clients.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Assist credit department in collection efforts when required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
·         Ability to persuade and influence others.
·         Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·         Previous phone sales and support a plus.
  • Experience in the Education market a plus.
