Client Services Specialist
We are currently seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist.  This position blends customer service and technical support functions for our clients that utilize our Human Resources and Education solutions. Qualified candidates must have solid customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone demeanor, proficiency in problem assessment and resolution, strong PC skills and knowledge, flexible and adaptable to change, comfortable with being a “go-to” person, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.

This position requires staggered shifts within our normal hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-7:00pm (excluding standard U.S. holidays).
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Team-oriented work style, team player a must
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task
  • 2-3+ years of previous customer service and/or sales experience
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience providing technical support of PC and/or Web-based software
  • Previous phone sales experience
  • Training and training material development
  • Netsuite
